1. Who can use it

You must be at least 16. If you are under 18, only with a parent or guardian who accepts these terms for you.

Your account is personal. Keep your password private and tell us at [email protected] if someone else has it. Sharing a login so another person can reach paid content can close the account without a refund.

2. What we sell

• Courses — recorded lessons and materials you watch on demand.
• Private sessions — live one-to-one time with an instructor at a set date and time.

Both are educational. We do not promise any particular grade, certificate, admission or job.

3. Booking and cancelling

A session is confirmed once payment goes through, and it starts and ends at the scheduled time however late you join.

You can move or cancel it free of charge up to 24 hours before the start. After that it counts as delivered. If the instructor does not attend, or a fault on our side stops the session, you get a replacement or a full refund.

4. Prices, payment and refunds

Prices are shown on the product page and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment goes through UPayments. We may change prices, but never for a purchase you have already made.

Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms. If a payment is reversed after access has been granted, we may suspend access until it is settled.

5. What you may do with the content

Buying gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use that content for your own learning, for as long as it stays on the platform. You do not own it.

You may not record, screenshot, download, re-upload, share, sell or publish any lesson or material, use it to train an AI model, or remove a watermark. Everything on the platform belongs to thkey or the instructor who made it.

6. Behaviour, suspension and closing your account

Do not harass instructors, staff or other learners, post unlawful or infringing material, break into any part of the platform, or use the service unlawfully. We may suspend or close an account that does; for anything less than serious we will contact you first.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the platform available but cannot promise it: maintenance, network failures and events beyond our control happen. We may add, change or retire features and courses, but not take away content you have paid for and not yet used.

We may update these terms, and will tell you when a change is material. The date above shows the current version.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is", and we exclude implied warranties as far as the law allows. We are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the course or session it concerns in the twelve months before it arose.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

9. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Kuwait, whose courts have jurisdiction, without affecting consumer rights you have where you live.
