1. How to delete it

In the app or on the website — sign in, open your dashboard, go to Settings and choose Delete account. You will be asked to confirm; deletion then starts immediately and cannot be undone.

If you cannot sign in — email [email protected] from the address registered on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We verify the request and complete it within 30 days, usually much sooner.

2. What gets deleted

• Your name, email, phone number, password and profile.
• Your link to Google Sign-In, if you used it.
• Your enrolments, progress, quiz results and assignments.
• Your bookings and any notes attached to them.
• Your push notification token, so no further notifications are sent.
• Any support messages you sent us.

3. What is kept, and why

Invoices and payment records, for the period the tax and commercial laws of Kuwait require. They sit in a restricted archive, are not linked to an active profile, and are never used for marketing. Anonymous totals that cannot identify you — such as how many people enrolled on a course — may also remain.

4. Before you delete

Deletion is permanent. You lose access to every course you have bought, and no refund is given for deleting an account. Download any certificates or materials you want to keep, and cancel upcoming sessions so the slot is released. If anything is unclear, write to [email protected] first.
